My wife and I were first-time homebuyers working with an incredibly tight timeline because she was starting school within a few weeks, and we were also going to be out of town for several weekends. Jolynn immediately jumped into action. Within 24 hours of our first call, she had arranged tours of nearly a dozen homes across Denver and Aurora. She knew the area extremely well and even recommended properties outside our original list that we ended up loving. That showed us that she was genuinely listening and understood what we were looking for. What truly sets Jolynn apart is her tenacity and ability to get things done. From our first call to closing was only about three weeks—and during that time, we went under contract on one home, walked away after the inspection, and were back touring properties two days later. Despite the setback, she kept everything moving and helped us close early on the right house. She coordinated constantly with our lender, inspectors, roofers, contractors, and anyone else needed throughout the process. At one point, we were sitting in the house we ultimately purchased, debating whether to submit an offer because we were uncertain about the roof. While we were still discussing it, Jolynn had already contacted a roofer and arranged for them to visit within a few hours to provide an assessment and quote. Her real estate knowledge, responsiveness, resourcefulness, and home-buying expertise are outstanding. She also read the negotiation perfectly and gave us excellent advice at every step. She is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner—knowledgeable, proactive, and determined to make things happen. On top of all that, Jolynn has an incredibly bubbly, charismatic personality and is simply a great person to work with. We cannot say enough positive things about her and would recommend her without hesitation.
